skillmd is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. By using the service you accept all risk associated with the generated output.

You agree not to use skillmd to:

• Submit URLs you are not legally allowed to access or scrape.
• Bypass rate limits, abuse the API, or attempt to compromise the service.
• Generate content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is unlawful, or violates a third party's privacy.
• Re-upload content under deceptive ownership.

We may rate-limit, refuse, or remove generations that violate these terms or that we believe are abusive.

The markdown produced by skillmdis derived from public web pages you submit. You are responsible for checking that your downstream use of that content respects the source site's license, terms, and robots policy. We do not claim ownership of generated output.

By default, generated skills are public so other users can find and reuse them. If you do not want a skill to be public, mark it private on its result page, or use the data-deletion form to redact it.

We may update, restrict, or shut down any feature at any time. We reserve the right to modify these terms; material changes will be surfaced on this page. Your continued use of skillmd after a change constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, skillmd, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
